My role spans multiple areas, including billing and insurance management, credentialing, administrative coordination, and workflow optimization for our clinicians. I ensure that client accounts, claims, and back-end processes are organized, accurate, and handled with care—allowing the practice to run smoothly and efficiently.

Beyond administrative support, I also contribute significantly to the practice’s branding, creative assets, and digital presence. I handle graphic design and web development, creating visuals, maintaining website content, and helping shape the practice’s online identity. Before joining GWC, I spent several years working in the BPO industry in the Philippines, specializing in healthcare customer service and insurance-related support. During that time, I gained extensive experience handling patient inquiries, benefits verification, claims assistance, and account resolution for various U.S. healthcare companies. This background strengthened my adaptability, professionalism, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Altogether, my experience as a virtual assistant, administrative coordinator, and customer-support professional enables me to deliver reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate service across different roles and responsibilities.
